This page explains how we process data collected through the UŽIVAJ pre-launch list. This is a working draft for legal review before the production launch.

Data we collect
Your email address, optional first name, selected language, consent time and version, signup source and campaign UTM tags. To protect the form, we may store a one-way hash of your IP address and browser; we do not store their raw values.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to send information about the launch, early access and UŽIVAJ offers. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Retention and recipients
We keep the data while it is needed for this purpose or until consent is withdrawn. We may use contracted processors for hosting, email delivery and CRM, subject to appropriate data protection measures.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability or withdraw your consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
